To provide awareness and understanding of the legal responsibilities and principals of the MCA and DoLS now and in the future.
This course is essential for workers involved in the care, treatment and support of adults who may lack capacity in making specific life decisions in order to comply with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and CQC requirements, therefore promoting human rights.
